STEP 1
Ceterus has a strict weekly process in place to ensure bills are paid promptly. Working together, we will process, approve, and submit payments every week.
Email or upload invoices to your location’s dedicated BILL inbox via the BILL online portal or mobile app. Vendors can also send invoices directly to the inbox. Ceterus will process invoices added after Monday evening on the following Tuesday.
Ceterus processes the inbox and sets up bills for your approval. Our BILL Manager is the initial approver to verify accuracy.
You will be notified (via email and/or BILL app) of a bill pending your approval once our BILL Manager has approved it. Bills must be approved every Wednesday to be processed on Thursday mornings. On Wednesdays, log in to BILL, review and approve pending bills, reject incorrect bills with corrections, and authorize bills with adequate cash flow for payment.
Ceterus will review all approved bills and schedule payments on Thursday mornings. Unapproved bills will not be paid.
BILL releases payments for scheduled bills. ePayments may take 2-3 days to clear, while checks take 3-5 days to arrive.
