It is important to note that because parts of Florida received Major Disaster Declaration, Federal Funding and SBA programs are available to help ease the financial burden. We’re also here to help guide you through the process to identify if you are eligible for any of the SBA disaster loans. If you have any questions on the eligibility and the filing process, please reach out to your Financial Consultant for assistance.
The following types of SBA disaster loans are available for Hurricane Ian losses:

Home Disaster Loans: Loans to homeowners or renters to repair or replace disaster-damaged real estate and personal property, including automobiles.

Business Physical Disaster Loans: Loans to businesses to repair or replace disaster-damaged property owned by the business, including real estate, inventories, supplies, machinery and equipment. Businesses of any size are eligible.

Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL): Working capital loans to help small businesses of all sizes meet their ordinary and necessary financial obligations that cannot be met as a direct result of the disaster. These loans are intended to assist through the disaster recovery period.
Currently, the following Florida counties are eligible for SBA assistance: Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, Hardee, Hillsborough, Lee, Manatee, Orange, Osceola, Pinellas, Polk, Sarasota, and Seminole; and for economic injury only in the contiguous Florida counties of: Brevard, Broward, Glades, Hendry, Highlands, Indian River, Lake, Miami-Dade, Monroe, Okeechobee, Pasco, Sumter, and Volusia.
*A business may qualify for both an EIDL and a physical disaster loan.
